Yesterday i had a day off the bike as i was at the Sir Bobby Robson Cancer Trials Research Hospital up at Newcastle for the day. What fantastic work they do up there and i dont mind them proding, poking and taking various samples from me if it helps in developement of future treatments. By the time i got back in through the traffic that was it feet up and watch some crap on TV.
Today back to work and the sun was out but still a bitterly cold wind. The lines were dry so took out the Super X for a quick mud free spin. Below is a few photos of todays action, enjoy
