Fresh Goods Sunday - Altura Speed Seatpack - improved version

I have used Altura Speed seat packs on many of my bikes in all three sizes. Very have performed well but have to keep the zip clean on the mtb's and sometimes if you overfill them it hard a squeeze the contents out through the horizontal zip. Angus had a Large old version fitted on his alu Beargrease but with the 29+ wheels he didnt need to carry a massive spare tube so we had to buy another medium sized pack. This is the first time we have used the improved version and what a difference, the zip is alot better quality, the zip is in a u shape on the end so easier to pull items out of the bag. There is also a small mesh pocket section to the top of the pack. The velcro seat rail holders are spereate and dont wrap under the seat pack now. The shape is also different but i would say it holds less than the old medium size. The quality of material is thicker and slightly padded, overall a massive redesign and will report back how it performs over the winter months. Here is a link the to zyro info page and here is the blurb -
An updated Altura classic.

• Velcro fastening
• LED loop
• Reflective graphics on rear and side
• Internal mesh pocket
• Easy to use zip pull

Zyro must have made a cut copy paste job on the weight & volume of the packs as the small, med & large are all the same weight & hold the same volume!

Turn your head to the right to read, sorry lol
