Fresh Goods Sunday - Endura FS260 Pro Bibknicker

This weeks Fresh Goods Sunday moves down from tops to bottoms. I do like Endura shorts, 3/4's and winter longs. I have used Endura bottoms for well 20+ years and have had mixed success/comfort. Mainly over the last few years the overall construction is not what it used to be years ago. I normally use Thermolite model and they tend to last forever as long as you don't put a hole in them. A couple of years ago Wheelies were selling off the FS260 Pro model as the II version was due out so bought them. They are more "roadie" feel and they are not as warm as the Thermolite's but still ideal for the extra leg coverage. The fit is good and the pad insert is comfy for the short rides I do. Leg grippers to stop them from riding up but no zip to the front for rest stops! I still use my Thermolite's for off road and colder days.
Endura have changed a couple of things on the II version, as far as I can see its the pad insert, pocket to the rear. RRP £80! a lot of money but cheaper than the Equipe model at £110 saying that the Thermolite rrp has now shot up to £76, the last pair I bought were around £50.

Here is the manufacturers blurb -
