Surplus proceeds to Fylingdales Village Hall Trust

Utilising the old railway track between Whitby and Scarborough, with a diversion to the mast on Stoupe Brow, this route is mainly on an unsealed surface, is quite rough in places and presents a moderate off road challenge for cyclists of average ability. It is not a race but a personal challenge and certificates will be awarded to all finishers and also a medal if under 6 hours. A full meal is provided at the finish.
There will be manned checkpoints and marshals.
All entrants will start from Fylingdales Village Hall where they will be checked in from 8am to 09.30am. Having obtained their start times they will proceed to Whitby, then to Scarborough, back to Ravenscar, up to Stoupe Brow, then rejoin the railway track and return to the Village Hall.
All entrants MUST wear a helmet and are responsible for their own safety and their equipment at all times, for which the organisers accept no liability. Entrants must be 12 years of age and over.
