Weekend catch up inc a local offorad ride on the 3+" bikes

No riding on Saturday just an early morning walk of 4.5 miles then a load of jobs around the house. Late afternoon the rain showers cleared away to leave brilliant sunshine so went out and did another walk, 4 miles this time.
Today me and Angus were out before 7am to get some local off road tracks in on the 3+" bikes - Krampgrease with newly swapped over tyres to summer Knards and my Beast of the N East. It started out very sunny but soon clouded over then the sun came back out again and was hot. Very little wind again today and the trails were still dusty dry so made for some lovely riding. The singlet rack sections in some of the woods are getting overgrown / narrow now, soon be massive nettle time again. The tracks / trails were busy with other cyclists, runners, walkers and load of dogs flying about everywhere. We ended up doing 34 miles in 3hrs 9 mins and just when we got home it went very dark but it was just sun showers. Back on with the graft including washing / servicing a fair few bikes that had been pilling up after rides which were needing some tlc.
Below are few pics from todays ride, enjoy and hopefully more soon -
