Local walk and bike fettling

Time for some more walkies, the ground is bone dry and dusty with the grass getting more yellow / burnt by the day. The clouds had rolled in with a strong breeze so was just the right conditions for having a local stroll. We had a few spits of rain but come to nothing. The horses were hungry for grass so feed them en route.
We clocked in just under 5 miles so not out too long so had time to stop the squeaking/creaking seat post on the Cannondale Beast of the East.
First was to remove the seat pack and set aside. I then stripped it all down and the bolts were all ready copper greased so worked out it was the seat post in the frame that was creaking, cleaned up and fresh carbon paste in she is now back to being quiet. Roll on some more summer miles.
Next task will be the Super Six Nano Blacks creak and that will be me up to date.
UPDATE - Fresh Goods Sunday - is having a Summer holiday this year and will be back in September with some more goodies.
