Three walks in three days - Shincliffe, Stanhope & South Shields

The weather is still holding out so we went for a walk on Friday afternoon around Shincliffe area for 5 miles followed by a cuppa and cake in the garden centre café and it was lovely.

Yesterday we drove up to Stanhope and parked up at the Dales centre for a walk over the moors etc covering 6 miles. The new bridge is open over the river down from the ford. We called in past the station café for refreshments including ice creams etc then the chippy / bakers for lunch. I also fixed my first puncture with Gravel King tyres in over a year.

Today we had a drive over to South Shields for a walk along the beach / coast then a ride around the lake on the train. Followed by lunch in Colemans and some shopping up the town. Shattered now!

Enjoy and more riding soon.
